Air Manage was founded in 2015 by Tim Day, a Kensington-based estate agent who saw the need for a full-service property management company that could handle all types of stays. After managing his own Airbnb in Earl’s Court, he began offering end-to-end short let services for property owners in prime Central London.
Following strong demand, Air Manage expanded to the Suffolk coast. Working closely with our sister company, Suffolk Coastal, which has a local office in Aldeburgh, we now manage a growing portfolio of holiday homes across Aldeburgh, Thorpeness, Orford, Snape, Woodbridge, and nearby villages.
Across both London and Suffolk, we provide a fully managed service that includes guest communication, housekeeping, listings on all major platforms, and dynamic pricing. Our commitment to quality and service has earned us Superhost status on Airbnb, reflecting our consistent delivery of five-star guest experiences.
