I stayed here for 3 nights me my mum and grandparents. The host was very helpful with instructions and information. The place was modern and comfortable and very clean. The location was a nice walk away from the high street with nice shops and restaurants. The kitchen had everything you need, a good fridge and freezer including a dishwasher. The conventional oven did not work however there was a very good 4/5 ring hob and a very efficient air fryer. The shower was a highlight for us as it was very gentle on the skin and was very easy to use. Would definitely recommend this place and would go back agin.
Spent a lovely week in this great ground floor apartment. The outside area was a real bonus as the flat does get sun for most of the day - an outdoor bench or seating would have been a nice extra but we just carried out kitchen chairs when required. Comfy bed and lovely bathroom. Kitchen had everything we needed. Great location for exploring the coast. Parking was round the back of the flat but we loaded/unoaded outside then moved the car. We found the flat to be light and airy, nicely decorated, a good layout and a nice quiet location with great pubs on the doorstep. I would definitely recommend. The host was very responsive and welcoming. We had a brilliant week here.

A lovely and bright apartment in central Leiston. The apartment was incredibly clean and well looked after. The beds were comfy, and the rooms were nice and quiet. Robin Alan was a great host and incredibly communicative. Would highly recommend staying here!
