The overall cleanliness of the house was not good. The coffee tables were covered in stains, and the floors were dirty. The refrigerator door did not close properly, so it was leaking water and was not functioning well. There was not even a single coffee capsule to make guests feel welcome upon arrival. We also had to go shopping ourselves for essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels. Other than that, the location was not bad, and being close to a market was convenient. The host was solution-oriented and easy to reach. However, I would not choose to stay in this house again.
Good location. Conveniently located. 300 steps from the metro and close to shopping centers for local supplies. Responsive host. Instruction manuals for the kitchen appliances would help.

Had such a great stay here! The place was clean and comfortable. Location was spot on — close to everything but still peaceful. Huge shoutout to the host — so quick to respond and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. It just made everything feel really easy and relaxed. Would definitely stay here again and recommend !
El espacio es lindo y amplio, tal como en las fotos. El barrio es seguro y está en remodelacion, asi que parece que será una buena zona pronto. Esta lejos de todo lo turistico (30 mins en metro) pero todo en Londres queda lejos. Creo que el precio es ligeramente alto pero manejable. Disfrutamos la estancia y creo que con el tiempo los anfitriones encontrarán la forma de hacerlo sentir más acogedor y amigable y menos transaccional e impersonal.
Very nice residential location and close to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. Most importantly, very close to public trans, making it easy to get anywhere in London. The apartment is spacious, clean, and generally as described. Super flexible check in and check out. The host let us check in early and check out late without any additional fee or hassle. Super responsive and accommodating host. Highly recommended apartment.

Robins flat is wonderful. Very close to tube stations, walkable to Waitrose,planet organic and Daylesford. Looked just like the pictures. Was very comfortable for three adults. Very clean and robin was very helpful. Royal oak tube station is one stop from Paddington station which is very convenient when using the Heathrow express. Would highly recommend staying here.
