2 bathsThe apartment is located on lovely Charleville Road and is only a short 3-minute walk away from West Kensington Underground station.
A new king-size sofa bed has been installed in the sitting room, which is well-suited to young adults and children. There is also a fold-out single bed available that can be installed in the main bedroom (the front king-size bedroom), which is mostly suited to a child or young adult.
NB: There is a surcharge of £30 for the sofa bed to be made up as a bed (made up with fresh linen and towels).
As for a larger group, if the 4th bed is required (NB fold-out single bed), then there is a surcharge of £25 for it to be made up with fresh linen and towels.
Please confirm if you intend to use the sofa bed or the fold-out single bed.
Would like to warn you that the stairs going down to the flat door are quite narrow, so please be careful with your steps down when carrying luggage.

Un sitio increíble en el corazón de Londres. Y con un anfitrión que pone todas las facilidades del mundo.
We stayed for almost four weeks and it was great home base in London for our family. The space is very generous for the price for London and location is very convenient for exploring London. Host responsive - as an example my husband locked keys in flat and he provided quick alternative for key pick up so we weren’t locked out for night. The basement location kept it cooler in the hot summer months but we also bought fans as we were there during hot stretch. There was dampness/musty smell in back bedroom and main bath as others described, we kept windows and doors open which helped. Well stocked kitchen.
The apartment is spacious. It’s walkable to tube station and shops. Robin was a helpful and responsive host. We enjoyed our stay here.

Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage und für Londoner Verhältnisse eine ideale Größe für eine vierköpfige Familie. Supermärkte und Restaurants liegen gleich um die Ecke, die Lage ist trotzdem ruhig, die nächste U-Bahn Station ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Was in der Beschreibung nicht deutlich wird ist, dass es sich um eine Souterrain Wohnung handelt - was bei den heißen Tagen eine wunderbare Abkühlung war ebenso wie der kleine Hinterhof-Garten. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!
Great place to stay, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Plenty of space. Host so helpful and responsive, I couldn’t work out how to use the washing machine and sent an email and got a response almost immediately with clear instructions. Well connected with two tube lines close by. A mini tesco and waitrose right at the end of the street and plenty of coffee shops and restaurants near by. We had a wonderful week visiting London and can’t wait to return.
We stayed 5 nights with our family of six and had a good experience. Robin Alan was a very responsive and helpful host. The location is excellent—easy access to central London while being a quiet, pleasant neighborhood. Grocery stores and the Underground are close by, which made everything convenient. The apartment accommodated our adequately. As a basement flat, it was a bit humid, but on the upside it also stayed cooler during a hot week. The bathrooms could use some attention, but overall it was a comfortable stay. We’d recommend it, especially for families wanting a calm place with good access to central London.
La comunicación con Robin ha sido excelente. Estuvo muy pendiente y nos dió mucha información. Siempre con un tono muy amigable. La ubicación del piso es muy buena. Muy cerca (a unos 5 minutos andando) de la estación de metro West Kensington (linea District) con la que nos pudimos mover con mucha facilidad. En los alrededores hay al menos 2 supermercados, una tienda de frutas y verduras, 1 pub y varios restaurantes. El barrio es tranquilo y no sé escuchaban ruidos ni de vecinos ni de la calle. Respecto al piso, en general estuvimos muy bien. Las estancias tienen un buen tamaño, la ropa de cama y toallas estaban muy limpias y la calefacción funcionaba muy bien. Salón comedor muy acogedor y agradable. Como aspectos negativos o a mejorar indicar que la bajada al piso es muy estrecha. Difícil para personas con baja movilidad. También echamos en falta algún accesorio menor de cocina, nada grave que no se pudiera solucionar. En resumen, nuestra experiencia fue muy buena
L appartement est fidèle a la description. joliment décoré, bien équipé, calme dans un environnement résidentiel et proche des commodités (supermarchés, métro...). L escalier pour y accéder est raide, a éviter pour les personnes qui ont des difficultés à se déplacer. Quelques difficultés à notre arrivée, nous avions réservé le lit dans le salon malheureusement le lit n était pas prêt et l allume feu ne fonctionnait pas. Pas facile après une arrivée tardive. L hôte ne nous a pas renseigné a ce moment là pour trouver le nécessaire. Le lendemain tout a été réglé et l hôte a su faire le nécessaire avec remboursement. Pour le reste Robin a su être a l' écoute a été réactif . Nous avons quoi qu il en soit beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans ce logement

This apartment was perfect for four adults, having two bedrooms and two bathrooms, separated by dining room, living room and kitchen. Very spacious. Kitchen fully equipped although we didn’t cook. The little patio was very appealing. Great neighborhood and fabulous location 3 minutes from the tube station. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops within minutes. Hazel Restaurant had an incredible breakfast—full English and a vegetarian version. Crazy 4 Coffee was super. The apartment has plenty of hot water for good showers. Minor inconveniences were the lack of a mirror in one bathroom, and foam mattresses that weren’t comfortable for two of us but ok with the others. The front door was very tricky to open but okay once we got the hang of it. Alan and his associates were fast to respond to any questions. Very nice choice for four adults.
