Spare Beds for Groups of 5–7 Guests
-- In the front bedroom, there is a Kivik 1-seater sofa that can be converted into a compact bed, suitable for a child.
-- We can also provide a single fold-out bed for the garden-facing bedroom.
-- Additionally, one of the sofas in the living area can be made up as a bed. This option is larger than the Kivik sofa, but please note that it cannot be placed inside either bedroom.
Please note that these extra beds will only be prepared upon request. A small surcharge of £25 per bed applies, which covers the cost of linen sets and towels. Payment for this will be arranged separately.
A baby cot with a small mattress is also available. However, for safety reasons, we are unable to provide baby bedding. Experts recommend infants sleep on a firm, flat surface with minimal bedding to reduce the risk of suffocation and overheating. We kindly ask that guests bring their own baby bedding to ensure both comfort and safety.

Beautiful and spacious flat in a great location, including a little garden. Responsive host. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and had a very comfortable stay with our 3 children. Travel cot and high chairs were available.
The flat is very spacious and close to the underground and supermarkets. It's at the back of the building and is quiet with no traffic noise. The beds are comfortable and we appreciated the large bath towels. I found collecting and returning the key to be a bother otherwise all was well.
Dom położony w spokojnej okolicy. Niestety odbiór kluczy byl w innym miejscu niż pobyt więc musisz dobrze zaplanować jak odebrać klucz i potem dostać się do mieszkania. Z apartamentu do metra idzie się około 10 min ale po drodze są fajne puby i sklep spożywczy. Apartament położony na parterze więc nie trzeba dźwigać walizek po schodach. Nie ma klimatyzacji ale są wiatraki , które w zupełności wystarczyły. Dostępne są dwie łazienki. Jedna mniejsza z prysznicem ( tylko deszczownica niestety) , a większa z wanna z opcją prysznica. Ogród jest ale nie zachęca do spędzania tam czasu. Kuchnia wymaga dokładniejszego sprzątnięcia . Wszystkie akcesoria do przygotowania posiłków są dostępne. WiFi dobrze działa. Kontakt z gospodarzem bez problemowy.
We had the most comfortable and lovely stay at the property. Its at such a convenient location too. Well maintained and spacious. Will definitely be coming back soon. Thank you for everything

Beautiful apartment in a very nice, extremely convenient neighborhood. Loved the high ceilings and classic decor. Communications were exceptionally prompt, pleasant, and professional. A few minor maintenance issues as addressed in other reviews would really take this flat to the next level, however, it's evident improvements are being made. We enjoyed sitting in the recently redone garden, for example, a real treat.

Fantastic light and bright 2 bed flat pretty much halfway between Earls Court tube and High Street Kensington. Would definitely stay again!

Veldig fin leilighet og god kommunikasjon fra verten, vi var veldig fornøyd med oppholdet selv om det var noen små mangler vi la merke til når vi kom. Det var vanskelig trekke ned på det ene toalettet og vi kunne ikke bruke ovnen grunnet at det var litt olje i ovnene som skapte røyk. Varmeovnene var også veldig vanskelig å regulere som gjorde at det var litt kaldt. Dette er små ting som trekker litt ned men i helheten er leiligheten stor og fin og vi hadde et bra opphold med unntak av dette.
